One that doesn't take money from eager parents for their kids, who will never be actors.  Also one that does not try to use their power to entice anxious actors into uncomfortable positions.  There is also a need for a good Production Company that has the client's best interest at heart. A place where creators can feel comfortable submitting their TV/FILM projects. Georgia does not have a licensing or regulating body for talent agencies and unfortunately many people fall into the trap. FastLane Pictures will bring a change to the industry.
