Sanedria Potter

Founder and President of Fast Lane Pictures, LLC. , and Vice President of B Boy Entertainment Inc. , Sanedria Potter is without a doubt one of the most passionate personalities in the entertainment industry. She is a multi-talented powerhouse.

True to her fearless character, North Carolina born Sanedria Potter, moved across country to California and attended the NEW YORK FILM ACADEMY at Universal Studios. She had never been to the West Coast and did not know anyone there. She excelled quickly in her new surroundings. She studied Filmmaking, Editing, Screenwriting, and Acting. During that time she participated in numerous productions, in roles varying from Director to Boom Operator, and all areas in between. Her passion is writing and directing, however she will admit a great fondness for the Casting process.

During her schooling, she cast, directed, and edited music videos and PSA’s. As her final project she wrote, cast, directed, and edited a short TV trailer for her “Dispatch 911” concept. The cast of more than 15 people included Alexandra Martin (Whoopi Goldberg’s daughter), Shauntay Hinton(Miss USA 2002), Anthony Ray Parker (Matrix), and William August (My Big Fat Obnoxious Boss).

She is also creating several other Television Pilots and developing Screenplays. Her film “Split Decision”, that tackles the issues of the HIV virus in relationships, was recently screened at the “Women of Color Arts and Film Festival”, in Atlanta, Ga. Her film is also being utilized by the Texas Law Enforcement Commission as part of their HIV Training curriculum for all Officers in the entire state of Texas.

Throughout her life, writing has always helped her get through the tough days. The writing of her first book "Behind the Pulpit” was something she felt she had to do. She wanted people, young and old, to know that you can overcome anything. Despite a violent and rocky beginning with a father who was a Vietnam Veteran turned Preacher, that suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Sanedria, along with her siblings, are now adults and doing well. The book took her to many cities for book signings and readings. She was featured on WGHP FOX 8 for their “Meet the Author” segment. She also received write-ups in the “Winston-Salem Journal” and the “Chronicle”. She has had speaking engagements at schools, focusing on topics of “bullies” and “being inspired”. These issues are tackled in her book. She is currently working on her next book alongside one of the most talked about women in the literary world today .

Sanedria will be responsible for the development of TV/FILM projects and be directly responsible for the raising of funding for productions or may do so through an intermediary.
